Quran Verses43-Surah Az-Zukhruf ( The Gold Adornment ) 19
And they have made the angels, who are servants of the Most Merciful, females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded, and they will be questioned.
وَجَعَلُوا الْمَلَائِكَةَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ عِبَادُ الرَّحْمَٰنِ إِنَاثًا ۚ أَشَهِدُوا خَلْقَهُمْ ۚ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ وَيُسْأَلُونَ
Quran's Tafhim ( explanation)
*18) That is, who are fret from this that they should be males or females.
*19) Another translation can be: "were they present at the time of their creation?"
