85-Surah Al-Burooj ( The Big Stars ) 9

To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness.

﴿9﴾الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

Quran's Tafhim ( explanation)

*5) In these verses those of Allah Almighty's attributes have been mentioned on account of which He alone deserves that one should believe in Him, and the people who feel displeased at one's believing in Him, are wicked and unjust.
